Because our services involve professional time and expertise, payments for completed services are generally non-refundable.
If Lewis & Harris Holding, Inc. is unable to deliver an agreed-upon service, we may issue a full or partial refund at our sole discretion.
Subscription Services
Subscription services may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund payments already processed.
Client Satisfaction
If you have concerns regarding any service received, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can work toward a reasonable resolution.
